Hearing impaired visitors

The reception desk is equipped with an induction loop. To use the induction loop, the hearing aid or cochlear implant must be set to telecoil mode (T).

For the duration of events organised at the Museum on the Vistula, a tour guide with a portable induction loop can be borrowed from reception. Please report to the reception desk if you need one.

When contacting the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, you can use an online interpreter for Polish Sign Language. The sign language interpreter service is available both at the reception desks of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and from anywhere in the world using the online interpreter service. The interpreter is available during the following hours: Tuesday-Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday-Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you wish to connect to the sign language interpreter online, please follow this link.
